Found in the Sameeh Hammoudeh Collection and handwritten in Arabic, this document shows notes regarding the decisions appointing Izzat Darwaza the commissioner of the endowments of Nablus, and Subhi al-Khadra the commissioner of the North Endowments, and the term of Arthur Wauchope, the British High Commissioner of Palestine (1931-1938).
